According to TMZ.com an arrest warrant has been issued for Cuba Gooding, Jr. New Orleans Police have issued a misdemeanor battery warrant for allegedly shoving a female bartender. This incident was said to have happened 2AM Tuesday morning at The Old Absinthe House on Bourbon Street. So far, we know that Cuba is in New Orleans filming "The Butler." It is being said that he became angry when fans started snapping photos. He then allegedly shoved a female bartender when she asked him to leave the establishment. We will keep you posted on what develops.
