Who is Kenya Moore?

 So, I am a big fan of the Real Housewives of Atlanta.  Today, the new season premiered and we met one of the new cast mates Kenya Moore.  Now when the rumors started spreading about the new cast members I was originally excited to find out that one of the new cast members was a woman from Detroit, MI.  Well, after watching the season premiere and the season teaser, I was more disappointed that this lady has to let everyone know she is from Detroit, MI.

I did a little research and for those of you who are like me I wanted to know who she is and what her claim to fame is.....Here it goes.....She is from Detroit and she is a graduate of Wayne State University.  She majored in Psychology, which is a shock because she acts BI-POLAR.  In 1993 she won the title of Miss Michigan USA and the Miss USA.  She did compete in the Miss Universe competition and came in 6th place.  According to CelebrityNetworth.com during the Miss Universe competition Kenya's placing 6th in the competition was Overshadowed by the number of audience members that booed when she was announced.

Ms. Moore also claims to be an actress, producer and director.  She has done some guest starring on "The Fresh Prince of Bel Air," "Martin," "Sparks," "Living Single," "The Parenthood," and "The Steve Harvey Show."  In 2008 she launched her own production company called Moore Vision Media.  So, far her company has produced one film that has been described an an erotic thriller called "Confidant."

Well, we keep watching and see what type of person Kenya Moore turns out to be.....
