Mr. "Soul Train" Don Cornelius was found dead today in his Calfornia home. Police state that Mr. Cornelius died from a self inflicted gun shot wound. Don was 75. It was also reported that Mr. Cornelius was suffering from some form of throat and lung cancer. We can not confirm that information so we will just state that he had some health issues. We do know that in 1982 Don underwent a 21 hour operation to correct some type of blood vessel malformation in his brain. Don Cornelius hosted Soul Train from 1971 - 1993. Soul Train has had a few other host and reruns do still run. The video below shows Don Cornelius dancing down the infamous Soul Train Dance Line.
